1、 Analysis of the Causes of the Defects of the Throwing Head Bearing and the Measures Taken

During the consumption of the shot blasting machine, the main problems of the head bearing are: non-standard device, lack of smooth oil, fatigue wear, external force damage, etc. Corresponding measures: stop the device strictly according to the standard, maintain the bearing regularly, add lubricating oil, and improve the smooth condition. The bearing part of the original throwing head is supplied with oil by high-pressure gun. It takes 3 hours to fill 8 throwing heads with smooth oil, which is unsafe and time-consuming. At present, each bearing part of the throwing head is connected through the high-pressure steel wire hose, and the high-pressure oil pump automatically refuels. It only takes 10 minutes to fill the 8 polishing heads with smooth oil, and the efficiency is high. The proper selection of lubricating oil will directly affect the service life and good machine performance of the shot blasting machine. Generally, the appearance temperature of the polishing head bearing is not easy to exceed 60 °. The modified sulfonated polymer 1615EN has super water resistance; Corrosion resistance; High temperature resistance (100 ° higher than ordinary lithium grease), long service life. Select the axial flow fan, stop the forced heat dissipation, reduce the ambient temperature of the bearing, increase the exhaust hole of the throwing head body, and automatically fill the smooth oil. Regularly overhaul impellers, blades, guard plates and belts to eliminate mechanical resonance caused by external forces.

2、 Cause analysis and measures for blade damage

The blades of the shot blasting machine are constantly impacted by most of the projectiles thrown out, so the blades are easily damaged parts of the shot blasting machine. The wear or crack of the blade will cause the vibration of the impeller during high-speed rotation. If the blade is found to have deep grooves or more than half of the wear, it should be replaced in time. In addition, casting defects of blades will inevitably accelerate the wear of blades. Because the blade with casting defect will make the projectile bounce in the process of movement, which in turn will wash the blade and increase the wear of the blade. In order to ensure the operation stability of the shot blasting machine, the blade transformation must be stopped in pairs, that is, the blades opposite to the unqualified blades must be replaced at the same time to achieve good dynamic balance. If the problem of the blades of the shot blasting machine causes abnormal operation of the polishing head, replace all blades. Blades with casting defects shall not be used. When installing blades, the weight difference of one group of 8 blades shall not be more than 5g.


3、 Analysis Directional sleeve And take measures. The directional sleeve of the shot blasting machine is fixed on the shell of the shot blasting machine, and the direction of shot blasting can be changed by rotating the directional sleeve. When there is a deep groove in the directional sleeve or the directional sleeve recess is worn for about 10m, it should be replaced. The radial scattering angle of the shot is determined by the deviation angle between the directional sleeve mouth of the shot blasting machine and the centerline of the impeller, which is generally about 45 °.

The ball wheel is fixed on the main shaft and rotates with the impeller. The ball wheel is a wearing part. When the wear of the ball wheel exceeds 15mm, it shall be replaced in time. If it is used continuously, the radial scattering angle of the ball will increase the wear of the quick protection plate and reduce the clearing effect.


5、 The impeller is damaged and replaced. The impeller of the shot blasting machine is fixed on the separation plate with 8 bolts. To ensure the stability of operation, the impeller shall be regularly checked for shaking, and the roundness and key points of the impeller disk shall be checked. If the wear is serious, it must be replaced in time. Due to the wear of the impeller, the box and lining plate of the shot blasting machine will form large vibration damage. In addition, the separation surface of the impeller and the separation plate is also prone to form large vibration.


6、 Inspection, change and modification of sealing data of shot blasting machine

There is a certain gap between the top guard of the shot blasting machine and the end guard of the side guard. In order to ensure that the projectile does not overflow, the outer cover and box of the shot blasting machine manufacturer are sealed with rubber materials. Due to mechanical vibration, local projectiles often impact the rubber gasket to form a sealing gasket, which breaks through and overflows a large number of projectiles. The sealing gasket must be replaced in time. At present, polyurethane plate is used as the sealing gasket instead of rubber plate. The polyurethane board has high elasticity, strength, excellent wear resistance, oil resistance, strong fatigue resistance and earthquake resistance, and good application effect.


7、 Inspection and replacement of the end guard and side guard The end guard and side guard of the shot blasting machine are fixed inside the shot blasting box to maintain the shot blasting box. The end shield is connected by four trapezoidal bolts. If trapezoidal bolt is found deformed during inspection, it shall be replaced in time; If the end shield is worn with cracks or obvious grooves, it should be replaced in time. The upper and lower separation surfaces of the side guard plate are seriously worn or cracked, and should be replaced in time; The fastening bolts of the side guard of the shot blasting machine must be tightened to prevent the side guard from scattering.
